We are looking for an individual or couple to live in our annexe to help with the upkeep and gardening of our 4 bedroom house with small garden plus some occasional dog sitting (approx. 8 hours per week flexible on times). Only bills to pay of £50 per week for electricity, oil, Wi-Fi, TV.
A recently refurbished, light studio flat (fully furnished) with new kitchen with a small dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, kettle/toaster, with a table and chairs. Sofa area with large TV and a double bed. A separate bathroom with shower, sink and loo. All newly refurbished.
Separate entrance with parking for one small car.
No pets or children please. Must be a non smoker.
In the heart of the village, but a quiet location. Thornham has 3 pubs, deli and shops. The beach is a 20 minute walk way.
