The property is in a quiet cut des sac in Thorpe St Andrew, plenty of parking front and rear of the property. There is a large garden with patio.
Local amenities include supermarkets, parks, riverside pubs and restaurants.
Easy access into the city via regular bus routes, 15 mins bike ride to the rail station and 5 mins drive out to the outer ring road.

House has a small dog and cat so applicants must be animal tolerant.
