I am looking for lodgers to join a spacious, detached home in an area ranked among the safest and cleanest in the country. If you are looking for a quiet, high-standard living environment with direct bus links to Norwich and beyond, then this is the perfect spot.

The house is fully furnished with high-end amenities, including Giga Fibre internet, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge-freezer, speaker systems, and satellite TV. Contrary to the photo (which I will update as soon as possible), the lounge and dining areas are completely refurbished. There is also a dining table, which has been excluded to accommodate the pet requirements of my current housemate. There are both on-street and off-road parking. Furthermore, there is plenty of space, with 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets (meaning you would likely share the main bathroom with just 1 other person).

Accommodation

2 Double Bedrooms: The larger room includes a desk and chair. I am happy to provide a desk for the second double room if you need a workspace.

1 Single Bedroom: Cozy and all-inclusive.

Availability & Terms

Rent: All bills are included.

Smoking: Permitted in the backyard only (due to the health requirements of a current occupant).

Flexibility: I am happy to consider short-term stays. Couples may be considered for short-term lets on a case-by-case basis.
