Double Room w/ En-suite in Dussindale 🏡🌞

A double room available with your own bathroom in a fully detached two bedroom house.

You'll have two rooms to yourself - one large enough for a double bed and some side tables etc. The other one for a desk or extra furniture/walk-in wardrobe (though they both include built-in wardrobes). Your own bathroom has a shower/bath.

The rent is 575 each. With bills and council tax included, it'll be approximately 750/month.

The house has a large kitchen with fridge/freezer/washing machine and a garden/patio. It has its own parking and a garage. I don't drive, so you'd have the parking to yourself. Shared lounge.

It's in Dussindale in Thorpe St. Andrew. It's a quiet and peaceful area surrounded by lots of greenery. There's large fields nearby and a woodland walk minutes away. There's a bus stop that goes directly to the centre on our doorstep.

Sainsbury's is just a ten/fifteen minute walk away. There's also the riverside with cafés and restaurants thirty minute's walk away along Yarmouth Road. There's an ALDI about thirty mins walk away.

Goes without saying, but looking for a respectful, clean and tidy housemate. I work from home most days when not out and about. I'm easygoing and happy to socialise or enjoy our own space.

Please note, the current housemate has their furniture in the rooms, so these will then be empty when they're ready to leave. You'd need to provide your own bed and bedroom furniture.
