Self Contained Cabin/Shepherd Hut

Self contained cabin situated in the landlords garden.
The cabin comprises of a lounge/kitchen area, equipped with fridge, microwave, kettle and crockery etc. Please note there is no washing machine at the property.
The lounge area has a sofa, coffee table and a wood burner.
Coming of the lounge is the bedroom which has a small double fixed bed with storage underneath and a free standing draw unit. This is heated with a storage heater.
This leads to the shower room which is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet, electric wall heater.
Outside is a decked area.
Off road parking

Due to the rural location driving is a must.
The rent includes all bills except from internet and TV licence.

Due to fitting in with the family this property is suitable for working non vegan English Christian.
