Fully furnished, with fridge, microwave, oven, hob, kettle, cooking utensils, crockery.
There's an ottoman bed, large chest of drawers, wardrobe, TV, sofa and coffee table.
Solo occupants only, as all my neighbours on the private complex are retired and noise will need to be kept to a minimum.
Electricity, Gas and Water included.

This is not a permanent residence with ability to register for council tax.
No washing machine.

£190 per week (7 days)
£160 per week (Mon - Fri)
