House with big room

I'm offering a nice, very large room. It's in a new development and a new house. There are two rooms in the house, one of which is occupied by my daughter, and the other large room is available for rent. My daughter works a lot, so she only comes home to sleep. So, the entire house is available for use. It includes a very large living room and garden, a kitchen, and one bathroom upstairs and one downstairs. I only expect cleaning and quiet at night.
