3-bedroom house – room(s) to rent

I have a 3-bedroom house, and I am renting out 2 of the rooms while keeping the third room for myself. However, I am not often at home, so the property will mostly feel like a shared house with limited occupancy.
I’m open to different arrangements, including renting both rooms to the same tenant or to separate tenants, depending on what works best.
