This large, spacious double room is on the ground floor. It has a king sized double bed, besides, hanging space, sofa and table for TV. It has it's own lockable door. Out side there is safe off road parking on the drive, which has security lighting. The house is also near to bus routes into Norwich city centre and is ten minutes walking distance to all the amenities of Wroxham. There are currently two other full time residents sharing the kitchen, utility room, bathroom and dining room. The ideal occupant would be professional and responsible.
