Fully furnished Double room, with built in wardrobe, set of draws and bedside tables. All bedding and towels included. West facing bedroom with great afternoon sunshine but also has shutters to block out light if needed.
There is an allocated off street car parking space for you to use.
Close to bus stops (12 & 5b) and walking distance into Wroxham/Hoveton village (Roy’s department store, McDonald’s, restaurants, cafes, supermarket and Wroxham train station).
You have sole use of the main bathroom with shower over bath, although it’s not en-suited, just across hall from your room.
Gas range and fully equipped kitchen to cook and space in fridge/freezer for usage. And house comes with integrated washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Also have access to clothes drying racks for inside or outside use.
We have a small dog also, so must be open to having a little dog in the house.

There is WiFi in the house, but NOT broadband, so if you require higher speeds/bandwidth for gaming etc then you may require an additional WiFi option.


Please note, house is located on the south side of Wroxham (near jet fuel station) as map location looks to be showing wrong location.
