Double room lodgings in lovely house

I use my house during the weekday on and off to do artwork, but then stay over at my partner's house most evenings and weekends. I generally stay overnight at my house about once or twice a week, so my previous lodgers have never seen much of me. Its fully furnished and there's no room for incoming furniture. Plenty of storage available for clothes. Ideal for a working individual or professional couple sharing. Fully equipped kitchen and full access to the garden and most rooms (except my bedroom and office). On road parking.
