Double bedroom, private bathroom, furnished room

I am a live out landlord and have a double room with a private bathroom available in a two bedroom house sharing with one other female housemate.

The bedroom comes furnished with a double bed, chest of draws and a built in wardrobe. The bathroom has an electric shower, bath, basin and toilet.

The house is fully furnished with kitchen mod-cons, including dishwasher, washing machine and fridge freezer. The shared living room has a sofa and single seat chair, with a coffee table, tv and book case.

There is a space allocated for parking.

You will be sharing with one other female, who has a cockapoo and so you must be a dog lover.

The house in is the new Beckets Grove development and so the house is a modern three story house, close to Waitrose and within walking distance of the Leisure Center.

Rent includes all bills including energy, Sky TV and broadband, water and council tax.

Viewings are welcome. You must see the house to believe it and meet the current housemate and her dog.

The house will be available to move into from mid January onwards.
