Lovely double room in peaceful family home

I have a lovely double room available to rent. It is situated on the top floor of a large townhouse with a view over a pretty garden with a pond and patio. There are good bus links to Norwich and the nearest bus stop is a two-minute walk.

The room has a desk & swivel chair, TV with inbuilt DVD player, fridge, microwave (not seen in photos), lots of storage, wardrobe, bedside table, comfy chair, 4ft double bed, lamps, bedding and towels. The occupant has access to a shared bathroom with a shower. This bathroom is shared with a maximum of two other people and there is another toilet available for use if the bathroom is occupied. All bills and cleaner (once per fortnight) are included in the rental price.

I am a high school teacher living at home with my two children (22 and 17). We are a peaceful household so this room would not suit someone with a hectic social life. We are also vegetarian and very environmentally friendly so a non-meat / fish eater, a non-smoker, and somebody who likes to respect the environment is a must. If you need to occasionally consume, store, or cook meat or fish, there is a fridge and microwave in your room for this purpose. The family kitchen can be used to cook vegetarian meals if required. Finally, we love animals and currently have 3 rescue cats and a hedgehog rescue.

This would suit a sensible, mature student or professional person who wants somewhere modern, clean, and calm to live. We have a 20-year history of hosting people from many different nationalities so we consider ourselves to be adaptable and friendly.

I am happy to consider short-term lets. I require an Employer or University reference, character reference, photographic ID, and visa/residence permits if applicable. DBS would be a bonus. In addition, there is a £530 damage deposit which will be refunded minus any damages when you move out.
