Room for rent

Hi there, I have a room to rent in a quiet household. Please note no pets as I already have a cat and would not be fair on him. Although techincally not an ensuite, you would have your own bathroom and I would not use it.
I can rent the room out now for the right person, but please note I have not managed to buy a chest of drawer yet and I can't do that till October payday, so if that is not a deal breaker for you then please do enquire! I do work from home on a Friday, so please bare that in mind as I will be on the phone to customers making noise then. About the house, it is a three bed semi detached new build, so keeps very farm, there is shared driveway with myself and a Waitrose and Lidil five minute drive away for all the food, and about twenty minutes to drive into the city for work. Also included in the price is a bi weekly cleaner, but still need to keep the place tidy. Any questions please feel to ask!
