Double Room In Detached House

I have a double room with a very comfortable kingsize bed available. I live alone apart from when my adult children come to visit for the weekend. I have a busy job and work full time and like to relax in my house on an evening or go out with friends.
My detached house is on the south side of Beverley and very convenient for access into Hull and is about a 20 minute walk from the centre of Beverley. I live in a quiet cul-de-sac and have nice neighbours. I think my house is warm and welcoming, but then I am biased!
I am looking to share with someone that would be good company, who is polite and considerate and clean and tidy. I am fairly easy going and think that most friendship relationships simply need a bit of consideration, humour and honesty to work well.
Unfortunately I do not have ensuite facilities but do have 2 bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs with a shower.
I do not have to rent a room out so it is important to find someone I feel would fit in and I expect if you are reading this you also want to share with someone you could relax with and share interests with in a house you feel is comfortable.
