There is also an ensuite, includes toilet, basin and glass shower cubicle. Due to the property being recently extended, the bedroom has been decorated and re-carpeted so is very fresh. A 42 Inch TV with built in HDMI and USB ports.

The house is about a 10 minute walk into the town centre and bus station, maybe a 15 minute walk to the railway station.

I am a live in landlady, the housemate who unfortunately is moving has been with me for nearly a year. I have another housemate who is at the house midweek only. The household is extremely easy going, sociable and friendly. I am looking for a professional person who will respect my home and take responsibility for a little tidying/cleaning when necessary.

I do insist on non smokers, I appreciate you may smoke outside but its just not for me so please do not apply.
