Attractive furnished double room available

I have a spacious furnished room to let in a 2 bedroom terrace house in a quiet and pleasant area of Beverley. The house is 10 minutes walk from the station and town centre with a large garden and parking on the road out front.

I am the owner and live in the house and work as a college lecturer. The rent includes use of shared living room, kitchen, bathroom and utility room. All bills and wifi are also included in the price.

The room to let faces West so gets the evening sunshine and is at the back of the house (so is very quiet). It has a large walk-in wardrobe for extra storage)
