Double Room in Beverley

I have a double room in a 3 bedroomed semi in a quiet street which is walking distance to the beverley centre and the train station for hull. It would also be ideal for a Bishop Burton student. The person renting the room will have the use of the kitchen and open plan living/ dining area with TV. There's also a small tv in the bedroom. No en suite. There's also a lounge which will be for my private use. I'm looking for someone who is working in the area and Am able to offer Monday to Friday at £65, or the full week for £75. I can provide an evening meal if required for an extra cost. I have a friendly dog.
