Friendly reliable and honest lodger to rent my double room. Full use of all areas of the house - including lounge and garden. There is plenty of off street parking and I am not far from rail station and a bus route. This is a home not a party house so it would suit someone who cares about their surroundings.
I have many interests and am friendly and outgoing with a good social life. I occasionally have friends to dinner at weekends so the house is not a silent one. However I am currently taking a course so am studying hard at the moment Mon - Fri and some weekends so loud music would be a problem, as would being woken at night!
