Small single bedroom in modern flat

Looking for a lodger to share my flat and access would be available to lounge, bathroom and kitchen.

I have a small furnished bedroom with large window on the first floor of a new apartment block near to the centre of Beverley, close to the railway station and bus station.

The single room has a single bed complete with linen. There is a chest of drawers and small wardrobe. A central heating radiator and stand alone oil filled heater is also available to use. The bed has an electric blanket, 2 pillows and 2 duvets, summer and winter options.

The access to the bedroom is through the double room where I sleep. The occupant will have access to the bathroom, lounge and kitchen. There is unrestricted on street parking just outside but this is usually all taken during working hours. I work full time and I am often away at weekends so the occupant would have the flat to themselves during these times.

I am happy to share food with the occupant and have broadband wifi.
I do not have any TV however and do not want TV in the flat.

I am a quiet peaceful person and need someone similar to share my home. There isn't a great deal of storage space and a tidy person would be best.
