We have a lovely furnished room with 3/4 size bed for single occupancy with use of shower room. Ideal for a NHS professional who would like a quiet home from home in a luxury house. We are ideally placed for Castle Hill hospital and looking to share with other NHS personnel - apologies if you don't meet that criteria and good luck with your search. All mod cons including, washer, dryer, dishwasher and garden. Safe parking and quiet neighbourhood. Cleaner and gardener employed for shared areas. Freesat TV, wi-fi broadband, wardrobe, dressing table/desk, drawers and 3/4 bed (not quite a double). Lucy is our friendly clean house cat and it is a non smoking house. The house is close to Hull University, Castle Hill Hospital, HRI and Cottingham railway station is a 5 min walk with bus stops close by. Off street parking available. Quiet and calm house in peaceful cul-de-sac. Price includes all bills.
