Double Room In Family Home

I have a double room available in my house. current occupants are myself, my wife and son. my daughter is at Uni and comes home occasionally. the room has all new furniture and sole use of a bathroom whilst my daughter is at uni. we have a border collie and a cat who are part of our family. there is use of a washer and tumble dryer, WiFi. there is a lovely garden with patio and use of the hot tub. there is off road parking on the drive. The house is located off Castle rd, close to Castle hill hospital and a 10 minute walk to Cottingham village. The house is quiet and our home, so no loud music etc.
