Large double room, quiet home, nice location

Hi, my name's Paul. I'm currently modernising my home with a new kitchen and bathroom and a nice neutral decor throughout. I'm hoping it will all be completed by the end of March. Once complete I will be hoping to rent a room out. The house is located in Cottingham, a few minutes walk from both the train station and the village centre. I work shift patterns and long hours so I won't be home a lot of the time. Because of the nature of my job, when I am home I like to rest and recharge my social battery, so more often then not will keep myself to myself! I'm a very friendly and sociable person but I love my downtime! I'm quiet and clean and hope to live with someone like minded. All bills will be included. The home has wifi, one bathroom, one toilet/ utility room, a washer and dryer, dishwasher and all other amenities you would expect in a modern home.
