Large double room in Cottingham

Hi,
Andy and I (Joe) are two junior doctors living in Hull until August 2015.
We have a spare room in our large semi-detached house and would be very happy to share with any professional for our remaining stay.
We have off street parking, a garage and large rear garden to be enjoyed in the summer.
We both work long hours and antisocial shifts, so are more than used to accommodating for people's living habits, whilst also being able to enjoy our time off.
We are clean and tidy non-smokers and would be looking for the same.
The room has a fitted storage unit, and a tidy rail to use as a wardrobe.
Add a bed and you would be fully kitted.
All other rooms have been furnished by ourselves, and include 2 large sofas, a dining room table, 2 toilets, dish washer, washing machine and smart TV with freeview and Netflix subscription.
All bills would be included as we pay from a central house account from which all direct debits come out of.
