Room to rent in friendly family home

I have a single room to rent in the Cottingham area very close to the train station and not far from the village centre. My daughter is at uni but comes home every 2/3 weeks. We have a friendly little dog. Its a quiet cul-de -sac with plenty of parking and a large garden. It's a shared bathroom and living area although there is a small conservatory type room if a bit of piece is required. We have broadband and sky TV. I'm not a techno geek and would have updated a photo but don't know how, sorry.
