Secure, conveniently near town centre of Goole, TV points in each room. 2 weeks in advance £400 deposit. NO PETS. NO DSS. NON SMOKERS PREFERRED.

Other tenants are working older people so the house is quiet. Parking outside has no restrictions - wifi broadband included in price.
