Furnished room in detached house. Quiet village.

Great room to rent in quiet detached house located a short distance from Goole (5 minute drive and 30 minute walk). Home shared with a family. Bathroom (shower and bath) with exclusive/private use although NOT ensuite it's just across the hall (the others in the house have own facilities). We do have three small friendly dogs who are not allowed upstairs. Safe parking on the road of the cul de sac outside. Room has double bed, wardrobes and TV. Broadband and all bills included. Very quiet area but 15 minutes from Drax, 10 minutes from Howden. M62 junction 36 or 37 around 8 minutes. Village has pubs and a shop/post office. Ideal for a lodger wanting a homely environment.
