Comfortable room in peaceful countryside.

The detached property lies within its own grounds of over 3 acres with wonderful views.

Horses, chickens, ducks, dogs cats and a parrot share the property with the owner.

The comfortable room is furnished and the separate bath/shower room with toilet is exclusively for guest use.

Clean linen is provided weekly.

Breakfast is on a 'help yourself' basis.

The price quoted is for a Monday to Friday basis (my previous guests arrived on Monday evenings and left Friday morning) but weekends and meals are negotiable.

My previous guests who have been contractors have enjoyed the 'home from home' atmosphere and chose the 'eat together evening meal.
