Description

My home is a 3 bed detached house with good access to the A63 and M62.
It has a fairly large south facing garden with a double garage which had been converted into a man cave/ gym since lockdown.
With a large kitchen extension and downstairs toilet.

It has internet for any potential lodger.
The front room is the larger of the 3 bedrooms and is the room I’m looking to rent out and that has a very large glass fronted wardrobe in there with a double bed.
The bathroom is fairly modern with a bath and separate shower in there.

I’m looking for potentially a professional person or someone who works away and travels home at weekends possibly.
A non smoker is a must
No party animals as I’m past that now lol
Clean and tidy is a must
Very honest is also a must
No heavy drinkers
