There are 2 extra w/c situated on the ground floor and one more on the 1st floor which is conveniently equipped with a bath for the Tenants in need of a relaxing time-out.

We do accept couples but a 20% surcharge will apply.
The Tenant:
The Tenant must be a respectable individual & take care of the property. Be clean and tidy. The tenant must be in employment and ensure the rent is paid in full on a monthly basis.

A reference from employer, and/or a Clear Score report where necessary.
