There is a Deposit Fee Option Available.

1. A holding deposit is payable upon any request to rent one of our properties. The purpose of this holding deposit is to reserve the property for the applicant whilst the referencing process is completed and the terms of the tenancy and any guarantor agreement are negotiated. The property will be reserved subject to satisfactory references being obtained, right to rent checks and other pre-tenancy enquiries being completed.
2. We require a holding deposit equivalent to one week's rent. Once this is received, the property will be removed from all advertising channels for a period of 15 days whilst we carry out the reference check process.
3. An amount £200 will be payable as a deposit which will be held in the dps throughout the duration of the tenancy. This will need to be paid with a full months rent and will both be payable on move in date.
4. For our reference process we use a platform called Vouch. Vouch enables the potential tenant to have involvement in the reference process and ensure that you can keep track of your application. We will send you a link via email whereby you can complete all the required information at your leisure. Once the information has been completed, any previous Landlords, employers will be contacted automatically and you will also be able to upload your photo id and right to rent information.

We will ask you the following questions:

3 months full bank statements (not screen prints) & payslips?
Can you confirm that you are in full time employment? (not on probation nor working your notice)
If you answer 'No' to employment, can you provide a guarantor?
