Description

A 2-bed apartment with shared toilet and kitchen/living facilities. It is spacious and receives a lot of sunlight. The room you will receive is big, fitted with a large desk, double bed as well as a lot of storage space for clothes, etc. There is also a small utility "room" fitted with a washing machine and shelf.

It is located on the main road and is safe with a built-in intercom that answers the front door. I am looking for a student for the 2024/2025 academic year as my current housemate, she will be graduating.

It is a 10-15 min walk from the University and the gym, as well as a 2 min walk from Lidl.
