We have rooms from £50 a week to £120 a week.

We have 24/7 maintenance and a full timer cleaners on staff, that visit the property every fortnight.

As private landlords, we can do viewings, seven days a week, this includes evenings and weekends.

We can offer a same day move in, with flexible tenancies, the minimum term being just 3 months.

We do a low deposit and rent package for moving in.

Rent is then collected fortnightly or monthly in advance to suit the individual.

***The Place Bit.***

I have a fully renovated house which is just off Holderness Road in Hull, HU9. In fact it is only a few minutes from the Hustle & Bustle of Holderness Road - yet far enough to not be in earshot. The house provides great transport links to Hull City Centre and all nearby industry Reckitt Benckiser, Dunlop, BP and Green core etc. Buses in all directions. Our team is great we have our own full time maintenance – covering every trade, who are available for resolving issues on a 24 hour basis. We routinely undertake proactive maintenance to ensure issues don’t arise – all rooms are kept in tip top condition and are regularly redecorated.

The Landlords are member of both the National Landlord Association (NLA) and the Humber Landlords Association (HLA) and we ensure that we abide by the codes of practice. This covers every aspect of the properties, practices which are designed to raise and maintain standards in the private-rented sector.

We can accommodate both short and long terms lets – we have had people with us for years but at the same time realise that people’s lives change, people need to move on so we acknowledge there needs to be some flexibility. You may decide that your circumstances have changed and now need a larger room or en-suite or even a flat/house we can usually help.

The tenancy will be on an Assured Short Hold Tenancy Agreement basis with a minimum period of three months and only 4 weeks notice required to move out.
