The house is only a few mins walk to shops on a quiet street and has very good bus links (under 10 min bus ride) into Hull town centre.
There is plenty of on street parking and approx 5 min drive to A63.
Both rooms are super size double rooms which would easily accommodate couples. They have built in en-suites.
Each room has own TV aerial.
There is a good size eat in kitchen,
communal TV/ living room and has a rear sun room.
Living areas are cleaned each week by a cleaner at no extra cost
All Bills included as well as communal toiletries. An Admin/Service fee of £145 is charged of which £120 is refundable at end of contract.
