Nice big double room in a spacious flat to rent, sharing with two young professionals and looking for someone with a similar outgoing, friendly and tidy yet relaxed attitude to sharing a flat.
The house consists of a large furnished living room with open fire and an equally large kitchen with all mod cons of good standard, a bathroom with a large Victorian bath and a separate toilet room with the washing machine.
The whole place has period features, nice views of the park and the landlord's easy-going, he'll fix anything but doesn't bother us as long as we pay our rent and bills. We'e nice ex-student types with plenty of experience of house-share, just looking for someone of a similar nature to take up the room.
