Bright Double room in a nice house on Park Avenue

A nice bright south facing double room which I let furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference.

320x430 cm (Previous lodger had a double bed and a sofa with a small table in the room as well as a wardrobe, chest and bookshelf)

Situated on Park Ave ten minutes walk from the popular Restaurants, Bars and Nightlife of Princes Ave and Newland Ave.
Bills and Broadband are included.

It's a creative bright household with a musician/songwriter, an art student and a computer games developer/beat boxer.
We're swedish/american and english/spanish and are all bilingual.
If you are creative too it's a plus.

The atmosphere is peaceful, positive, slightly bohemian, clean and friendly.

We all like cooking and manoeuvre around each other in the kitchen.

We have a couple of cats so you should not be allergic…

There's a rather big garden in the back where we all enjoy relaxing in the summer.

Parking is always available in the street.
