The house is on Hall road away from the hustle and bustle of the student areas. It benefits from gas central heating and is double glazed .
The room has been recently decorated and furnished with a TV, bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet and lamp.

The house benefits with a new conservatory at the rear with leather sofa with table and chairs. It has a recent kitchen with microwave, washing machine etc and recent bathroom , with an electric shower and basin.

There is two separate toilets one upstairs and one downstairs with a basin.

Large private garden with barbecue area, patio and picnic bench with bike parking.

I have a room downstairs but spend a lot of time at my girlfriends and working away so you'll have the house to yourselves most of the time.

The room is £300 per month for a double . It includes Gas, electricity, wireless broadband, council tax, water rates and TV licence. ALL bills are included!

One month minimum stay please !

To move in is £70 returnable deposit and £300 for one months rent in advance .

We are all working tenants in the house.
