The room is fully furnished and you'd have access to all facilities in the house plus gardens front and back. Parking is available outside the house.

It's a small quiet house, perfect for contractor's looking for a place to stay during the week. You'd be sharing the house with myself and a cat.

Rent is inclusive of bills and although offered weekdays will be available for occasional weekend working or full week short term lets both at an additional cost.
