Student rooms available in 2 bed house

A lovely little two bed student house, recently refurbished, large double room available. Smaller room also available if both are wanted. The property is close to the university and shops. It has a living room/ dining room, decent sized kitchen for two, a bathroom with a shower and a bath and a small yard out the back. I am unable to take this property now due to my living situation changing.
