A nice spacious south facing double room which I let furnished or unfurnished, depending on your preference.

Situated on Park Ave, close to the University, ten minutes walk from the popular Restaurants, Bars and Nightlife of Princes Ave and Newland Ave.
Bills and Broadband are included.

It's a creative bright household with a musician/songwriter, an art student and a computer games developer/beat boxer.
We're swedish/american and english/spanish and are all bilingual.
If you are creative too it's a plus.

The atmosphere is peaceful, positive, slightly bohemian, clean and friendly.

We have cats so you should preferably like cats and not be allergic…

There's a rather big garden in the back where we all enjoy relaxing in the summer.

Parking is always available in the street.
