I am a 27 year old newly qualified teacher looking for some new friendly, laid back housemates to replace others moving out ASAP.
The house is rented unfurnished, However I have been here 3 years so I have furnished all the living areas to a high standard, and also have huge TV and games consoles.
The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge freezer and a washer drier (mine also).
The garden is huge, with patio, garage, small drive at the back and a built in BBQ.
I have also part furnished the bedrooms (one with a double bed, one single). However, if you have your own bed I can remove these.
All utilities are included (gas, electricity, water, internet, full Sky HD package, council tax).
