Looking for a quiet place in which to work?

Furnished double room in quiet professional house close to Hull University and convenient for transport/commute into Hull town centre and Beverley. Good residential area. The room is large with bed, sofa, telly point etc. The bathroom for this room is shared with only one other person. Broadband and all other bills are included in the rent. There is a shared kitchen but no shared sitting room; tenants all have seating and telly points in their rooms. A cleaning lady comes fortnightly for communal areas although tenants generally keep the house in pretty good order.
This room would suit a professional person or mature student wanting a tranquil place in which to live.
