I have a little girl who stays once in the week on a Tuesday and for a night on the weekend.
I'm looking for a clean female to rent the double bedroom to the rear of the house.
I am hardly in the property due to work commitments.
The is off road parking and a garden. Large kitchen and two sitting rooms.
I currently do not have wifi but will pay for it to be installed as working away it wasn't getting used.
