Room to let (central)

I currently have a room to let in my 3 bedroomed home. I work full time on a shift pattern and also attend university, therefore I tend to be out of the house a lot, so it would be like living in your own place. When I am home you would not realise I am there.

I am looking for an individual who is quiet, and currently employed or studying. Age, gender and sexual orientation is not an issue. The applicant must be willing to clean up after themselves.

The house has a garage which is currently used for storage and a gated driveway, it is located in a quiet area not far from town and the local hospital (10 minutes walk) It is around 5 minutes from princes avenue.

The room available could be described as a small double or a large single, it has 2 fitted wardrobes one of which allows access to the loft. The room is carpeted and has been painted however this can be changed to suit the taste of the tenant. It currently does not have any furniture in it however something can be agreed if it is to become tenanted.

The living room, is a fair size with access to sky and the Internet, with patio doors to the garden. The kitchen and dining room are joined, with access to a double oven, microwave and other appliances. All bills and utilities are covered in the cost of the rent. Security deposit is negotiable
