I'm looking to share lovely house located near prinny/chants ave, ideally, with another woman of similar age to me (38). I'm easy going, live a fairly balanced lifestyle, have a cat, freelance youth and community arts worker, food grower and interests in nature, forest schooling and low impact living.

Room to rent is light and spacious, comes with lots of furniture, storage space, open fire, wooden floors, double bed, wardrobe, dressing table + more. All bills included and WIFI.

All double glazed, Central heating throughout, open plan living room, with open fires, patio doors to the garden, furnished to a high spec, very cosy and homely. Kitchen - lots of storage space, furnished with all white goods. Beautiful bathroom - rain electric shower, double ended bath and lots of storage space.

AREA

Very safe neighborhood. A few minutes walk to chants ave. and 10 mins to Prinny ave. 30 mins to town and 20 mins to uni (walking). Bus stop to town round the corner on chants ave.
