I have a room for rent in a well maintained 3 bedroom house. Well decorated throughout. In a quiet area of Hull on the outskirts of Cottingham.

The room is currently partially furnished but can be furnished to meet the need of the occupant. all bills are included in the price. The House comes with full broadband access, internet TV in the living room, a through kitchen which is fully equipped.

I am a young(ish) professional working in the area. I enjoy watching rugby, going to the gym and cooking. Having recently left university myself i am used to sharing houses with others, but have lived on my own for the last 8 months.
