We have a spacious, south facing double bedroom available in our home.

The room comes fully furnished inclusive of a kingsize bed with memory foam topped mattress, wardrobe, bedside tables with 6 drawers of storage space and a large desk with T. V aerial point.

The property is within walking distance of the town centre, the Hull Transport Interchange and Hull Royal Infirmary.
We are also located just a stones throw away from the numerous bars and restaurants on the popular Princes avenue.

There are parking bays directly outside the property and you will be provided with a pass for your vehicle if requested.

The weekly rent is inclusive of all bills including broadband. There is a security deposit of £50 that is returnable upon satisfactory departure.
