Housmate Wanted To Share My Nice Place

hi my name is stella I am a very nice and easy going person. and I am looking for someone to share my a house in a quite area. there is plenty of parking. it is close to all amenities near on every type of shop such ASDA so on. you could need and not far from bus/train station. it has all amenities including washer drier cooker internet etc. it has very nice and secluded back garden that is a sun trap in summer its lovely to lay and chill.
I am looking for a clean working female I don’t really mind person aged around 30 + who is laid back but respectful of others property and clean up after themselves.
I think you will have an idea of what I am looking for and what I expect. but obviously I would first meet candidates and discuss things in more detail.
