THE ROOM- The single room has a single bed. All double rooms have a double bed. Furnished with wardrobe, chest of drawers, bed side cabinet, study desk & chair, and lightstream WIFI internet. There are Televisions in all the bedrooms and the TV licence is already paid for. Pillows, quilts and covers are provided or you can bring your own. Keyless locks on the bedroom doors saves the hassle of walking around the house with your keys.

LOCATION OF PROPERTY- This fully furnished property is located on Cholmley Street, off the Boulevard, Anlaby Rd, Hull, (HU3 3DL) in very close proximity to the Hull Royal Infirmary, KC Stadium and the Hull City Centre. It is on the main bus route into the City Centre or Anlaby and Hessle, and also very close to the A63 main road out of Hull for anyone who commutes.

THE HOUSE - There are 4 bedrooms in total in the house with shared family bathroom upstairs and a second w/c downstairs. The property has a good sized communal kitchen with dining area. Washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery are all included. Fridge and cupboard space in kitchen/dining area.

PARKING - On street parking is available at the front of the property

The room will secured in your name once the deposit is paid, and then taken off the market. 1 week advance rent plus deposit to move in. ID and proof of employment required.
