Double room in family home

We are looking for a quiet professional to share our house. All bills included and sky includingnsky sport and films and lightening wi fi (unlimited usage). We are close to holderness road with good transport link to the city centre, close to reckitt's and a bike ride to BP, 20 minute steady bike ride to the university and close to all road links. The room is newly decorated with brand new furniture and soft furnishings. The room is a double with a bathroom shared only with me but there are two showers. One a separate cubiclel and one over bath. I use the over bath one so in effect only toilet is shared. Visitors are welcome. There is a large attic also included which is used for storage and my craft space. The kitchen is shared with me as would be the main living room. The kitchen is in an old Victorian style and has dishwasher microwave etc. There is a utility room with washer. we are quiet and respectful. The other tenant has been with me over two years so I must be doing so nothing right.
